Small Chinoiserie Stencil 1 is a detailed, high quality designer stencil created for cutting edge decorators, homeowners and interior designers.

The large wall size Chinoiserie Stencils have been recreated here on a smaller scale - for smaller hanging panels, cabinet doors and curtains.

The beautiful Small Chinoiserie stencil range from Henny Donovan comprise two different stencil panels based on classic 18th century hand painted silks and wallpapers - depicting trees and exotic birds, bugs, blossom and flowers. Each panel is subtly different and designed to work individually or as a pair together. This page features Small Chinoiserie Stencil 1.

Handpainted furniture, chinoiserie panels and wallpaper are only available today at very high end prices - use these stencils to create your own unique hand painted effects and pay just a fraction of that cost. Small Chinoiserie Stencil 1 is ideal for cabinet and cupboard doors, for wall panels or for smaller curtain drops.

The chinoiserie design can be stencilled in simple single colour schemes - such as white onto duck egg, chalky blue, navy or charcoal; or it can be stenciled in colours that emphasise the different features of the design. Classic colourways for this type of effect include pinks, reds, greens and yellows on duck egg blue or aqua backgrounds. Or create oriental style using metallic stencil paints on black or red backgrounds.
