For those with a love of wild botanical motifs and oversize stencils with real modern design flare - this Giant Hogweed Stencil is ideal. Exquisitely drawn from Hogweeds found in thickets and country lanes found around the Brecon Beacons - Henny Donovan brings another innovative design to her stencil range.

This design is perfect for today's cutting edge decorators, homeowners and interior designers. The top of the range Giant Hogweed Stencil has been designed for stencillers demanding trend setting, up to the minute, modern stencil designs - and is not available through any other outlet or website.

Use this Giant Hogweed Stencil to create stunning oversize random wall paintings/wallpaper or for panels, murals and features on walls in hallways, living spaces, bedrooms, alcoves, stairways and more; or print fabrics to create room dividing panels, full length curtains or simply as hanging art. This design also works well on screens and flat doors.

The Giant Hogweed Stencil lends itself to a host of colour combinations to suit different decorating styles. Use soft whites, yellows, purples, greens and greys to create muted modern colour schemes. Or try stencilling the Hogweed in white or ivory onto soft grey or green or muted lilac shades. Try white onto charcoal or indigo for bold graphic lines or ultra bold and chic - black on white.

The stencil comes in two large sections - two large hogweed stems each with three flower heads - and one with a bee and one with a Mayfly!  There is also a smaller third section - an extra stem detail for lengthening the hogweed stalks as needed.  The two sheets can be used so that the flowers appear to be in a cluster or spaced further apart for an uncluttered effect. Stencil Rollers make stencilling this stencil even easier, particularly if you are stencilling white onto deeper base colours - the roller will help to build opacity. Also use in conjunction with our Stencil Sponges for really professional results.

Specifications

One layer stencil in two large separate sections/sheets that can be used together or apart depending on the desired effect. Also supplied with a third smaller sheet with a stalk and leaf detail for extending the stems of the hogweed as required.

The flower heads typically range in size from approximately 28cm/11" to 36cm/14" at their widest points. The overall approximate dimensions of each motif are: 

Section 1 - 56cm/22" wide x 92cm/36" high.
Section 2 - 58.5cm/23" wide x 89cm/35" high.
The additional stem feature is 42cm/16 1/2" high.
