The Japanese Flowers Stencil is a beautiful and versatile theme pack comprising simple Japanese style flowers, including Japanese anemones and clematis flowers. This 2 sheet stencil design can be used for a range of different decorating projects - ideal for walls, furniture, accessories, linens, cushions, for creating stunning hand printed dresses and tops and for decorating gift cards and paper. See layout and size specifications below.


Above and below - the Japanese anemone motif of the Japanese Flowers Theme Pack (sheet 1) is used to create beautiful gift wrap. Stencilled simply in Very Berry Stencil Paint and over-stencilled with Antique Gold Metallic Stencil Paint.


Above - crisp red on white suits the simplicity of sheet 1 of the Japanese Flowers Theme Pack.


Above - the simple clematis flowers of the Japanese Flowers Theme Pack (sheet 2) are used to create this simple and beautiful cushion cover in Motif Fabric Paints in Pure White and True Black on grey cotton.


Above - the clematis flower motifs of the Japanese Theme Pack Stencil (sheet 2) are stencilled as a simple repeat in Flame Red, Mandarin, Caramel and Damson Stencil Paints on a pale apricot coloured background.

Specifications

Easy to use one layer stencil on two sheets of 125 micron mylar. Sheet size 28cm (11") wide x 21cm (8 1/4") deep.

Sheet 1 comprises a clustered group of Japanese anemone motifs.
The whole group measures up to 25.7cm (10") wide x 19.5cm (7 3/4") deep at widest points.

Sheet 2 comprises a clustered group of Japanese clematis motifs.
The whole group measures up to 26.5cm (10 1/4") wide x 20cm (8") deep at widest points.


Above - shows the layout of the two sheets of the Japanese Flowers Theme Pack.


Above and below - both the anemone and clematis motifs of the Japanese Flowers Theme Pack are repeated randomly on a white cotton oversize crop top in bright, cheery fabric paint colours. Motif Fabric Paint colours used - Strawberry Red, Magenta Pink, Sunny Yellow and Bright Purple.


Stencilling onto fabric is very easy. As usual apply repositionable spray adhesive to the reverse of the stencil, lay the stencil onto your fabric with a protective sheet of paper in between the layers of cloth and mask off the edge of the stencil sheets with Low Tack Stencil Tape and then stencil with our Fabric Paints and Stencil Sponges. Iron on the reverse side so the paint becomes fast and you are ready to wear! (Fabric Paints come with full instructions).
