Large and small squares - the Squares Theme Pack Stencil has been designed for decorators wanting to create simple modern and retro decorative effects. Squares are a versatile geometric shape for creating pattern effects in different alignments and formats. This set of easy to use stencil squares is ideal for easily applying square motifs to walls, decorative panels, furniture and fabrics.

The Squares Stencil Theme Pack contains six different sized squares, ranging from the smallest at 5cm (2") square up to the large square at 30cm (12") square - see size specification below.

Squares work as decorative motifs in single colours, bright palettes of mixed hues and soft muted shades, or in modern monochromatic colour schemes. They can be adapted to suit any existing colour scheme or to add splashes of colour to plain white surfaces.

The squares can be stencilled in a host of formats. Try regular pattern formations such as rows, grids, or chequeboard effects. Or try random pattern sequences with the different sized squares placed far apart, close together or in overlapping patterns. Or stencil the squares concentrically inside each other (starting with the largest first) to create an intense effect.

The squares can be stencilled using stencil sponges, stencil rollers, or stencil brushes in a range of different paints, or with spray paints to create different effects.

This theme pack comprises 6 square stencils cut out of 125 micron mylar.

Each square measures:

5cm (2") x 5cm (2")
10cm (4") x 10cm (4")
15cm (approx 6") x 15cm (6")
20cm (approx 8") x 20cm (8")
25cm (approx 9 3/4") x 25cm (9 3/4")
30cm (approx 12") x 30cm (12").

Mask off surrounding areas during stencilling if using larger rollers or spray paints.
