Multiple trailing strands of graceful willow leaves
From our beautiful botanical stencil range
2 sheet stencil

The Weeping Willow Stencil – inspired by the big old Weeping Willow tree in the garden and its tumbling, curtain of leaves, is a medium sized two sheet stencil comprising five trailing strands of graceful willow leaves. See size and layout specifications below.

The Weeping Willow Stencil is designed to allow you to repeat the strands in any style you choose, create a curtain of repeated stems across an area, or add them vertically to create as longer motif as you require. The different strands can be used far apart, close together or overlapping to create a layered look that has more depth.

Description

Perfect stencilled in mossy greens, bright greens and blue-greens, as well as modern single coloured monochromatic palettes to create more of a silhouette style. Or use fun bright colours or warm ochres and browns or golds on black.

Above – the five motifs of the Weeping Willow Stencil repeated horizontally – stencilled in Navy Charcoal and Arctic Grey Stencil Paints on a pale blue-grey background.

Above – the five motifs of the Weeping Willow Stencil repeated vertically to fit a tall space. Simply stencil additional repeats of the willow strands underneath the first, tucking in the stems to create the impression of continuity. Stencilled here in Eucalyptus, Willow, Woodland, Hedgerow and Ash Green Stencil Paint on a pale green background.

An oversize version of this stencil is also available in our made to order stencils – the Oversize Weeping Willow.

Other stencils in the botanical range include the Falling Leaves Theme Pack Stencil and Oversize Falling Leaves Stencil and the simple Large Leaves Theme Pack.
